The Jukebox Graduate (Episode 14): Nothing Is Real

Episode 14 of The Jukebox Graduate finds the babbling boys of summer at Humble Hill studios on a grey drizzly day. Dave recalls his trip to Detroit and shares the Third Man recording that he made in the Voice-O-Graph while there. They talk about the Universal fire of 2008. Then it’s a discussion of the recent Martin Scorcese/Bob Dylan Rolling Thunder Revue film. Finally the lads wrap it up by covering the Radiohead hack story, Eugene’s new Fender guitar demonstration videos and his Everyone Loves Guitar interview.

 

In between all of this we hear new music from Dave Rayburn, Jeff Plankenhorn, Thee Sinseers and Jeremy Pinnell. Plus little drop-ins from Bob Seger, Talking Heads, Radiohead and The Dip.
